A nearly stalled frontal boundary will be the focus for multiple rounds of storms through Friday. Heavy rain is possible especially Thursday night for southern Minnesota.

Sunshine will really warm temperatures Tuesday. Clouds increase Wednesday with the first of a few rounds of storms developing later in the day. The pattern is active through Friday. 
Weather whiplash: Big temperature swings, soaking rains and stormy days ahead
After a chilly start to the week on Monday, temperatures will warm up quickly with Tuesday bringing the warmest day of the week and pushing close to 90 in some areas. A wet and active pattern will take over later in the week with several inches of rain possible by the weekend.
