The atmosphere will remain unsettled over Minnesota and Wisconsin right into the weekend. Showers and thunderstorms are expected at times, but there'll be many dry hours between bouts of rain.
Tornado, storms cause damage in southwestern Minnesota
Strong winds, heavy rain, hail and at least one tornado damaged a turkey barn and outbuildings, brought down tree branches and flooded streets in southwestern Minnesota.

Two more lovely days, then unsettled Thursday through the weekend
A cold front departing southern Minnesota Tuesday morning will leave a trail of cooler-than-normal Canadian air in its wake. Afternoon highs will be in the 60s near Canada and low to mid 70s in the central and southern parts of the state.
