A cold start with gradual clearing Tuesday will yield a warmer afternoon, although still below the normal highs in the 50s and low 60s. Clouds increase again Wednesday.

After a cold morning, some sunshine will warm Tuesday afternoon temperatures 5 to 10 degrees more than Monday along with lighter winds. Clouds increase again Wednesday.
Near-record lows likely Tuesday morning; widespread rain late in the week
A raw, chilly Monday will give way to near-record low temperatures Tuesday morning. A warmup will arrive slowly this week. Then look for widespread rain to round out the week from Friday through Sunday.
Brighter skies return Tuesday after a cold Monday
Expect close to record cold highs Monday, with 30s and 40s across Minnesota. Tuesday brings sun and lighter winds.

Monday won’t be quite record cold but pretty chilly. Highs will be in the 40s and 30s with blustery northwest winds still. Tuesday brings sunshine and lighter winds again.
Cold start to the week; flood warnings in northwestern Minnesota
