And today kicks off the first day of early voting, which means Minnesotans can cast their ballots for local elections all the way up until election day November 7. Tracking heavy rainfall potential this weekend
One forecast model suggests anywhere from 2 to as much as 4 or 5 inches around much of Minnesota including parts of the greater Twin Cities area. Rain’s expected across some of the state’s most drought-stricken areas.
