Federal judge: Minnesota sex offender program unconstitutional

Civilly committed sex offenders had sued Minnesota, claiming it's unconstitutional to keep them locked up indefinitely. A judge agreed, although Gov. Mark Dayton says Minnesota intends to defend its law.
