A grim search for the missing resumed at dawn in southern Colombia after surging rivers sent an avalanche of floodwaters, mud and debris through a small city, killing at least 200 people.
The Morrison County Sheriff's Office reported that James Nelson, 72, of Motley, was backing up a tractor when he struck a tree. He was knocked off the tractor to the ground.
