People gathered outside the Brooklyn Center Police Department Tuesday evening to protest the Brooklyn Center City Council’s refusal to limit police traffic stops. Under the policy, officers would not have been allowed to pull over drivers for minor infractions such as a broken taillight or objects hanging from a rearview mirror.
