Potential rain Sunday night for Twin Cities, rising temperatures to start the week

Rain for many and snow for some Easter evening into Monday
A low pressure system tracks from near Oklahoma Sunday morning toward the Great Lakes by Monday morning bringing a round of rain for many and snow for some. Our Easter otherwise features increasing clouds and highs generally in the 50s.
Sunshine on Sunday morning, mild weather ahead
For Saturday evening, the skies stay clear and temperatures drop to 37 in the Twin Cities. Southern Minnesota can expect middle 30s. In northern Minnesota, expect upper 20s to low 30s. It’s the coolest night we will see for a while as the forecast ahead is very mild.
You know that old saying about April showers, that one rings true with this week’s forecast. So when there is blue sky above, take advantage of the sunshine.
