The group True the Vote, which executive produced Dinesh D'Souza's "2,000 Mules" election denial film, is facing a defamation lawsuit brought by a small company that makes election software.
The NTSB wants all new vehicles to check drivers for alcohol use
The safety board recommends all new vehicles be required to have systems that can stop an intoxicated person from driving. A final decision is up to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards has been fined $40,000 by the NBA for homophobic comments he made on social media. The league announced the punishment for Edwards’ use of “offensive and derogatory language” in a since-deleted Instagram video he later apologized for on Twitter.
