After negotiations, prayer camp near Whipple building to close midweek
A Lakota spiritual leader believes the camp broke “spiritual law” by situating the camp at a location understood and documented as a Dakota burial site. But camp leaders say they are looking for healing at the sacred site.

Minnesota has goal of replacing lead lines by 2033. More funding is needed to keep it on track
Minnesota adopted an ambitious timeline to replace all lead water pipes in the state. While a federal mandate wants the work done by 2037, Minnesota moved it up to 2033. But supporters of the work say the money is running out. 
AAA reports the average gallon of regular gas will cost Minnesotans $3.25 Monday morning. That's up from $2.83 just a week ago. In the Twin Cities metro, prices are about 10 cents higher. The national average is about $3.48 a gallon.
